MOD update on movements of military convoys across Slovakia

The SVK MOD releases this traffic alert to inform the drivers in Slovakia of the upcoming Allied military movements, scheduled from 29 Jan – 4 Feb 2018. A total of 19 Allied road moves will take place across Slovakia over the period. They will mainly involve Polish troops transporting materiel. Also planned are movements (passenger cars) in support of the Central European Chiefs of Defence Conference and a round trip convoy, carrying oversize cargo of equipment, along the route between Prešov – Valaškovce.
