Minister Gajdoš meets with Ambassador of India H. Kumar Jain

SVK Minister of Defence Peter Gajdoš today received the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Slovakia, His Excellency Mr Harsh Kumar Jain, at MOD Main Building in Bratislava. The cooperation of both countries on training, education and defence industry topped the agenda of their first meeting.
SVK Minister of Defence Peter Gajdoš said: “The cooperation of our two countries in the defence industry sector has a long-term tradition. We can offer our expertise and equipment, which thrives amidst international competition.” In this connection, he noted that Slovak defence manufacturers will participate in DEFEXPO 2018, a military defence exhibition to be held on 11-14 April 2018 in India.
Also discussed was the modernisation of the SVK Armed Forces. Minister Gajdoš updated Ambassador Jain on the MOD-sponsored strategic documents.
