MOD issues warning as US helicopters are to fly over Slovakia

The SVK Ministry of Defence has issued a warning to the public as US UH-60 helicopters are scheduled to fly from Latvia to Italy via Slovakia in support of Combined Southern Exercise Campaign 2019, with a planned stopover in Bratislava. The overflights will take place from 1 to 3 May 2019. A total of 9 helicopters will fly over western Slovakia. The overflights have been officially approved in accordance with applicable international agreements by which the Slovak Republic is bound.
