MOD announces that U.S. helicopters will overfly Slovakia

The Ministry of Defence announces that U.S. AH-64D Apache helicopters will overfly the territory of Slovakia on their way from Romania to Germany on 24-26 June 2019. A total of 7 helicopters will transit Slovak airspace, with a stopover at Piešťany airport. The overflight was approved in accordance with the applicable international agreements the Slovak Republic is bound by.
