Bratislava hosts Military Police Chiefs Conference

These days Bratislava is hosting the Military Police Chiefs Conference (MP CC) 2019. Focus of the conference, being attended by 37 delegations, is on topics mainly relating to current and future security challenges in the constantly changing theatres or areas of operations.
Col Michal Migát, Director of the Slovak Military Police and host of MP CC 2019, said: “Indeed, it is a great honour for us to host, for the first time, this conference in the format as we meet today.” He further added that this is a unique opportunity to share hands-on experience, subject matter expertise, and guidance in the field of Military Police.
Of the 37 delegations, 23 are from NATO countries, 6 are from the Partnership for Peace (PfP) countries, another 6 representatives are from NATO and EU agencies, plus there are also delegations from Australia and New Zealand. The international conference is running until 20 September 2019 at Park Inn Danube Bratislava.
