Slovak serviceman serving within NATO structures dies in the Netherlands

Lt Col M. V., a Slovak serviceman serving within NATO structures, has been found dead in the Dutch city of Brunssum in the afternoon of Saturday (13 June 2020). The soldier's family has been informed of the incident.
On behalf of the SVK Ministry of Defence and the SVK Armed Forces, Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď and Chief of Defence Gen Daniel Zmeko express their sincere condolences to the bereaved family, relatives and close friends and our thoughts are with them.
No further information will be available until the investigation into the circumstances has been concluded by the Dutch law enforcement bodies.
