Defence Minister Naď shows his support for SVK exhibitors at IDET 2021 trade show in Brno

A number of SVK defence manufacturers are showcasing the best of their diverse portfolio of products at the International Defence and Security Technologies Fair (IDET) in the Czech Republic. Today, Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď turned up in Brno to support this important showcase of defence and security equipment and technology in Central Europe.
Speaking at IDET, Defence Minister Jaroslav Naď said: “Slovak products definitely deserve a place at this international defence equipment trade exhibition. I am convinced that our defence industry is capable of producing competitive technology. Alongside the actual integration of our products into the modernisation projects of the SVK Armed Forces, they can be marketed via export platforms, of course, with the full support of the Ministry of Defence."
At the IDET 2021 exhibition, Slovakia boasts of several defence exhibitors with stands from the SVK Armed Forces, SVK Defence and Security Industry Association, DMD GROUP, and Aircraft Repair Company Trenčín. Over the next three days, they will present their capabilities, products and services, as well as holding commercial meetings on the planned and prepared projects.
