Temporary ban on entry into some portions of military forests

A temporary ban on entry into parts of military forests due to a high fire risk has been in place from 3 August until further notification at Military District Záhorie. Also in force across the forests is a ban on starting a fire and working with an open fire, as well as a ban on smoking. Warning signs are set up at the access roads leading to the forests. The public is also notified of the ban at www.vlm.sk and www.mosr.sk, and via the village Public Address (PA) system in the affected villages.
